📅 9天8晚路线安排 Day1：贡嘎机场落地→取提前预订的车→酒店休整缓高反→傍晚打卡布达拉宫广场夜景

Day2：逛八廓街→小昭寺（大昭寺记得提前1天约）→直奔索松村入住

Day3：索松村出发→经色季拉山口看“四季同框”→抵达鲁朗小镇

Day4：鲁朗小镇→山南博物馆 Day5：山南→桑耶寺→羊卓雍措→入住贡嘎县

Day6：贡嘎县→西林观景台→珠峰公园→珠峰观景台（震撼到失语！）→住珠峰小镇，晴天傍晚上山蹲珠峰日照金山，阴天就改第二天

Day7：珠峰小镇→佩枯措→返回日喀则（怕高海拔赶路到11点，也可以选住定日县）

Day8：日喀则→拉萨博物馆→文成公主演出（可当日购票，但室外巨冷，我们遇雨天没看成）

Day9：参观布达拉宫（提前约！）→傍晚返程

✅必打卡清单 布达拉宫广场、八廓街、大昭寺/小昭寺、索松村蹲南迦巴瓦日照金山、羊卓雍措、珠峰大本营、佩枯措！

自然景观全靠天赏脸，晴天直接美到落泪 🏨住宿指南 ▫️拉萨：宇拓路位置绝了，离布达拉宫和八廓街都近，追求性价比就选稍远的酒店！淡季连锁酒店随便住，早餐能吃到糌粑、酥油茶、藏面这些藏式餐食（个人吃不惯），但有的酒店会送奶枣、青稞脆皮酥、酸奶糖，巨好吃！拉萨公交四通八达，出行超方便

▫️索松村：预算充足直接冲公尊德姆庄园，能看水看沙滩看雪山；预算有限选雅鲁山居，每间都是观景房，睁眼就是雪山！其实路上的景色反而比景区内更惊艳～

🚗出行贴士 租最便宜的SUV就够！路况大多是平整的盘山公路，我们误打误撞走了佩枯措的石子小路也完全hold住

🍜美食推荐 石锅鸡、牦牛火锅值得打卡！老光明岗琼甜茶馆一定要去体验本地人日常！藏式早餐实在吃不惯，重庆胃到最后还是想念家乡味😂

⚠️重要提醒 1. 必带：身份证、边防证（出发前在当地行政服务中心办好！）

2. 提前1天开始吃防高反药，到拉萨后买葡萄糖口服液，备上布洛芬、红霉素软膏（涂鼻唇防干燥）、可乐、遮阳帽

3. 提前网上租制氧机，长途开车太有用了！

4. 布达拉宫、大昭寺一定要提前预约，文成公主演出当日可买，但雨天/降温慎去，室外巨冷~

📅 9-Day, 8-Night Itinerary

Day 1: Land at Gonggar Airport → pick up pre-booked car → rest at hotel to acclimatize → evening visit to Potala Palace Square for night views

Day 2: Stroll Barkhor Street → visit Ramoche Temple (Jokhang Temple requires booking one day in advance!) → head directly to Suosong Village for check-in

Day 3: Depart from Suosong Village → pass through Sejila Pass to see "four seasons in one view" → arrive at Lulang Town

Day 4: Lulang Town → Shannan Museum

Day 5: Shannan → Samye Monastery → Yamdrok Lake → check in at Gongga County

Day 6: Gongga County → Xilin Viewing Platform → Everest Park → Everest Viewing Platform (absolutely breathtaking!) → stay at Everest Town; on clear evenings, head up the mountain to catch the golden sunrise over Everest, or postpone to the next day if cloudy

Day 7: Everest Town → Peiku Lake → return to Shigatse (if worried about high-altitude driving until late, you can opt to stay in Tingri County instead)

Day 8: Shigatse → Lhasa Museum → Princess Wencheng Show (tickets available same day, but it's extremely cold outdoors; we missed it due to rain)

Day 9: Visit Potala Palace (book in advance!) → evening departure

✅ Must-Visit Checklist

Potala Palace Square, Barkhor Street, Jokhang Temple / Ramoche Temple, sunrise over Namcha Barwa from Suosong Village, Yamdrok Lake, Everest Base Camp, Peiku Lake!

Natural landscapes are entirely weather-dependent — on sunny days, they're simply stunning.

🏨 Accommodation Guide

Lhasa: Yutuo Road is perfectly located, close to both Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. For better value, choose hotels slightly farther away. During off-season, chain hotels are readily available with breakfast featuring Tibetan fare like tsampa, butter tea, and Tibetan noodles (personally not my taste), but some hotels offer complimentary treats like milk dates, barley crispy pastries, and yogurt candy — absolutely delicious! Lhasa buses run everywhere, making getting around super convenient.

Suosong Village: If budget allows, go for Gundan Demu Manor with water, beach, and mountain views. On a budget, choose Yalu Mountain Residence — every room is a viewing room, waking up to snowy mountains! In fact, the scenery along the road is even more stunning than inside the scenic areas.

🚗 Travel Tips

Renting the cheapest SUV is enough! Most roads are well-paved mountain highways. We accidentally took a gravel path near Peiku Lake and handled it just fine.

🍜 Food Recommendations

Stone pot chicken and yak hot pot are must-tries! Guangqiong Sweet Tea House on Laoguangming Road is a must to experience local daily life! Tibetan breakfast was really not to my taste — this Chongqing stomach ended up craving hometown flavors 😂

⚠️ Important Reminders

1. Must bring: ID card, border permit (apply at your local administrative service center before departure!)

2. Start taking altitude sickness medication one day in advance. After arriving in Lhasa, buy glucose oral solution, and pack ibuprofen, erythromycin ointment (for nose/lip dryness), cola, and a sun hat.

3. Rent an oxygen concentrator online in advance — incredibly useful for long drives!

4. Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple must be booked in advance. Princess Wencheng show tickets are available same day, but skip it in rain or cold — it's brutally cold outdoors.
